Want this place to disappear! My money was stolen from them.

I ordered two shirts on line which looked nothing lik the images shown and were nowhere near true to size!!! Total scam.

i got ripped off $70!!! what a shame that this company keeps on stealing everyones money and getting away with it!!!!!

I have tried for over a month to contact customer support via your website with NO RESPONSE. When I received the order, I realized I made a big mistake! It is clear that the pictures on their website are stolen from other brands!

SCAM they need to be shut down. Still no merchandise and cant get a hold of a live person to talk to me about my order.

Junk...the stuff that actually arrived. The other items didn't show and didn't show. After many nasty emails to them, a refund was issued. Never again!!!

They are a professional chain of scammers based in China! This scamming chain of suppliers is all one company called YIGOU INTERNATIONAL. They have the same type of advertisement on their websites so you can easily tell you are buying from them! They take pictures from magazines and pretend they are selling the clothing you see on the pictures. Most people dont even recieve thier order but when they do the clothes you receive look NOTHING like in the pictures. They are made out of cheapest materials sometimes come stained or torn! The majority of people don't even receive their order, and these people as being professional at scamming smartly avoid to answer your emails, and refunding is OUT of the question, they never give people their money back! They don't care about company's reputation they only care about stealing money from people! They delete negative comments on Facebook and feedback ! GOOGLE THESE COMPANIES!! Ordered stuff, never got it.......... Their costumer service isn't responding and I want to be refunded.... total scam.

I ordered a red pea coat from Rosegal.com paid for 3-7 day shipping waited the 3-7 days still didn't receive anything. So I contacted them through the ticket support system they had set up asked what was going on with my shipment they replied about 2 days later saying my order back order can I wait the 7 more days for it to get restocked I said no I would like a refund! They responded back another 2 days later and said they that it was back in stock and asked if i could wait 1-2 days to receive my tracking number I replied OK I. G . I placed my order Nov. 6th 2015 it is now Nov. 22 2015 and I haven't heard anything from them and I have still been trying to get in contact with them online and still no response. I hate this company they have terrible customer service and they ripped me off! They deserve nothing but the worse! Oh I forgot to mention I did order swimsuits from them two other occasions during the summer and I did receive those items so that's y I ordered from them again but this time a coat instead but didn't get lucky this go around!

Never felt right from the start. I have hear nothing in 3 weeks after emailing costumer service. I know I am never going to see my order.

I am embarrassed to say I was scammed as well. Received clothing, but it was of the absolute worst quality - I would feel guilty if I donated it, but I certainly won't ever wear it!

I placed an order through rosegal.com and never received it. Through the ticket process I was told I could pay $16USD more and they would ship again. SCAM.

Fuck all of them!! I could care less of they all burned to death! It's sick what they do. And pathetic af!

Paid $40, dress never arrived. Won't refund money. Please shut Rosegal down.
