I ordered a sweater and was told that it shipped out on 10/7/15 but as of today 11/12/15 I still haven't received my package

I placed an order before reading reviews...i know dumb... I have been trying to cancel the order.. and have submitted "tickets" that the site states will respond within 24 hrs...what a joke. I am trying again... Next options is the credit card company.. I pray I can get my money back.....

Like so many others I have been victimized by Dresslily and Sammydress. I saw the ad on Facebook and I ordered 1 hoodie sweatshirt from Sammy and another from Dresslily. I received my order from Sammydress but it cheap looking material and to small although I ordered it to sizes to big to be sure it would fit even after washing. Good thing I'm petite. My order through Dresslily, which appears to be the same company as Sammy because they have the identical products, was ordered on the same day 10/20/2015 and has yet to arrive. I've tried tracking and customer support tickets and no answer. I'm not even sure my tracking number is real. I've read thousands of reviews and customer complaints trying to find away to deal with this. I am appalled to see that this has been going on for years and these fraudulent clothing merchants continue to rob millions everyday and nothing is being done to stop it by anyone with real power or authority. I find it even more appalling that Facebook knows that they are fraud and yet allow these people to rape their people. Facebook has plenty of money and surely could afford to ban them. What's going on? Why is this still happening to people? For these reasons I Michelle Kae am signing to help do what I can. Also I will be boycotting Facebook forever.

Cant contact the company in real time, can't reset password, or get return and refund information. Clothes are built for women about 4' 10" very unreasonable.

i ordered Aug 7/15 and it is now Nov and i checked my tracking num and it first said destination Ukraine and i live in Canada and then i checked again and it said destination unknown. Im thankful i spent under $20 but thats not the friggen point. Believe me never will i say anything good.

Not sure why a company like this is still in business, there is no legit contact information, the chatlines are never working, I am so furious for wasting money on this site. Something has to be done.

This site needs to be shut down. I placed an order and did not receive any items until almost 3 months later. It was missing an item. Customer service is ridiculous and it's very hard to even get a reply. At the very least, a fb ban.

There clothing is not what it appears to be online. Plus I placed an order 09/01 today is 11/01 and I still have not received anything. They have no Customer service telephone number nor respond to any emails.

They take your money and don't send the goods, they also don't respond to any correspondence.

I ordered from their sister site sammysdresses.com & the advertising is false I haven't received all of my items the sizing is way off & the quality is crap! Please shut these sites down!!!

I ordered a blouse. I was given a reference number for Netherlands surface mail to track the order. When I tried to track the number was not recognised. I emailed Rosegal twice on their customer service address. No reply, bye bye money.
