My daughter has lost her money and we cannot even get a response from their customer services

I ordered 3 items more than 3 months ago. I have given up on ever receiving my package.. I contacted customer service and they were completely unhelpful. The told me to go looking at the post office.

I was very disappointed with my order and the fact that they never offer refunds, because they know they are selling crap.

I order 2 sweatshirts from Rosegal. One never came and the one that did is very different than described and does not fit at all. What a scam!

I've been very lucky not to order anything these sites, but the way they trick people using Facebook to lure them in is disgraceful. I was considering buying something from Sammydress but I'm so glad I didn't. They and Rosegal are a horrible company and shouldn't be allowed to get away with this!

I ordered a cardigan for 12$ and some change back in September got some bogus emails no tracking number n no phone number this place is nothing but a scam they just want free money instead of working a honest job like the rest of us

fraud -they do not send the goods and no customer services

I've been scammed. Very saddened and disappointed at the fact that I can't trust even Facebook. :( I am -$135.65 and broken hearted because I was looking forward to wearing what I paid for. Damn!

this is the worst web site i have ever seen. i paid and they did'nt send all my purches and some of them was toooo big and different with my order

I received not what was presented to me by rosegal online. I have rags not what i saw when i bought. Rosegal presented my balance of purchase in Australian currency..$101.. they have taken $148 out of my bank. I have contacted my bank. My clothes stink of toxic chemical. Ive since learnt that formaldehyde is used in material. I have been clicked from messaging and patting to their page. They do not felt to tickets in complaints section. They're are millions of complaints.

These people are imposters. They take pictures of other companies pics and you either don't get your order or if you do they are ripped, stained, and childrens size. Very poorly made and they go by numerous names such as dresslilly, trend, sammy, rosegal wholesale,etc... They don't return emails or your money.

Not only were the items I received severely misrepresented on the website, but a portion of my order is still missing. The images of the products on the website are of designer garments, but the items received are most certainly not. They don't even have tags! Add to that the fact that the fabric is incredibly cheap (see through in some cases!), stitching is failing, colors are considerably difference (not just a screen color issue here!) and the sizing wouldn't even fit my 8 year old. I also filed a complaint with PayPal and here: https://www.econsumer.gov/#crnt Please consider doing the same!
