The order I received from them took about 13 weeks to get and wasn't wearable. JUNK was thrown in the trash!

I have filled complaint after complaint for a shirt I ordered. Sammy dress claims it was delivered but it was NOT. They refuse to make good on it.

Rose Wholesale is nothing but a SCAM!!! A ripoff! I ordered 3 shirts intended to be Christmas gifts. I, like others, received no order confirmation but the cost of the order was deducted from my bank account. I have sent two emails and tried to contact them by phone a few times to check the status of my order. No response! After reading what was written here and at other sites on the Internet regarding Rose Wholesale, it's obvious the company is a scam. I have already spoken with someone in my bank's fraud department. Action will be taken against Rose Wholesale very soon. This makes me mad as now I am out the money until the bank can retrieve the funds and my foster son will be out two Christmas gifts and my husband a gift also. No thanks to these con artists!!!

Both things I ordered came VERY late and they both looked nothing like the pictures. I have never had such poor online service.

Sammy dresses don't sell the clothes the show on Facebook and their clothes stinks, material are rags and they don't fit.

Terrible! I ordered 2 sweaters. It took them over a month to get here. They don't fit and do not look like the pictures at all. Rosegal is horrible. Shut them down.

Glad I got my money back. I noticed I got no verification email, started digging and saw all the comments. Called my Cc company and told them it's a fraud and I can't reach them. I contacted them about lack of verification email I was told I would have, yet they took my money. No response. Got my money back. Waiting to hear if they dispute it. I've screenshoted several posts in case they fight this. Only $28)9,but still. Fraud and scam and have money they shouldn't.

I ordered an item in early September and by end of October I still hadn't received it. I sent an inquiry to their costumer service department and they said that it might take up to 25 days to get my order. They said I would have to wait until November 9th (two months after my order was placed) to send another inquiry. I went through all the necessary procedures and emailed them again on November 9th. They said they had lost it and that I would have two options. 1) They would give me a refund (In store credit) or 2) I would get another item, but without a tracking number. So my options were basically store credit to get more things I will never get or to be sent another item (I should have gotten months ago) with no guarantee or way of knowing if it would ever actually come. I emailed them back that I would like my product and a tracking number. They stated that if I would like a tracking number I would have to pay a fee. Why am I paying for their mistake? It is a scam alright.

I ordered what were suppose to be some cute boots.I got a package after a long wait , and got these ugly completely different tiny boots .What a rip off now can't get my money back.:(

I ORDERED A BUNCH OF STUFF FROM THEM, ALL WRONG SIZES, ALL COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MATERIAL, ALL JUNK!!!!!!!!!!! AND IT TOOK WAY OVER 30 DAYS TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WAS PISSED BECAUSE I HAD ORDERED A DRESS FOR A WEDDING AND IT WAS THE LENGTH FOR A DAMN GIANT!!!!

I ordered 2 cute tops in xl. I got 1 l and 1xs. They are so see thru that there is no way I can wear even the one that should fit. Haven't even tried it on. They didn't like me blazing them on fb and I got a little chatting from them but no useful information. Shameful because the pics show some really cute clothes.

Yes. PLEASE get them shut down. One of my items was on backorder (not mentioned at time of purchase) and I'm really scared that I won't get my refund that they offered via my ticket. My other item has been at the same USPS processing center for a week now. It is day 15 of the 10-25 day shipping window. This is such a scam... I feel so bad for everyone that has had this happen to them.

I spent over 300 on the site and only received half of my items.
Horrible Site. Horrible Service. Scam artists. No actual contact information for any human being. Fake phone numbers. Fake 24/7 chat windows. Only ship half of items and then vanish. My windows are shut down. My chats are erased. My "tickets" sit processing forever.
