Charged my account $70 TWICE for 3 items that do not fit me at all, never had such bad customer service in my life, all i have gotten back was that they cant find my transaction and "thank you for understanding" SHUT IT DOWN

I have fighting with them to get a full refund because everything I have got from them was too small, poorly made, and when I paid shipping it was late. All I want is my money back and to get these people shut down. Their device sucks and they don't give a crap.

Ordered xxl bathing suit, what I got was 2 suits xs!!! Whaaaat????? Left several messages with their given customer support # no returned calls so far. I also paid expedited shipping. It took twice as long than what I paid for!

I ordered 3 items from Rosegal, they sent one item about 3 months later. They continually gave me the run around about the other two items. Then they started deleting my complaint tickets and comments on their website and Facebook page. I contacted several cyber fraud protection agencies and my states DA Office and it wasn't until I showed Rosegal the proof of my complaints to the law that they finally 5 months later issued me a refund. Come to find out, this is their "business model". They have ran this same scam on thousands of people internationally, under many different business names for years! Stop the cyber fraud! Remove Rosegal and all of their sister companies for good!

they blocked me and i can no longer post on their website or message them! They have refused to give me my tracking number and still no clothes! Facebook needs to take them down!!!!
