Sizing is wayyy off, clothing is cheap and delivery was not as promised. I tried to contact them to cancel my order and their number/website was not right!

I ordered 4 items from this site, 1 never came and the others were of poor quality and would only fit a child. One was a present for my friend and it actually came apart at the seam the first time she wore it, face book keep letting them advertise even though they have so many complaints, needs to be stopped

Nothing recieved, and no response to my email of concern. I haven't see a good review yet. Site looked real but that's becaise they don't allow reviews on there. Should of looked on google first, but now this company needs to be shut down so nobody else loses money.

I bought items from this site and believed it should be a safe site. However after i ordered i began seeing all of these bad reviews of people getting bad items or too small or not ever receiving it at all! This is outrageous! Also, rosegal uses other peoples pictures that dont bwlong to them

Don't order from here! Sizes run small and it supposedly takes a month to recieve, so I ordered a bigger size & expected it in 25 days. Nothing! It's a SCAM. Luckily it was cheap, but don't want anyone else going through that. They send you a confirmation but don't respond to emails. If you see something you want on this site, look it up on google... it's pricier but it's legit, you'll also be able to see that they steal pictures from REAL sites. If this was a real site it would have more than 1,000 comment on a picture.. not like 10 with everyone saying scam. (because they delete comments). They are slick.. they even go as far as emailing you a picture of "your package" with a label on it with your name/address (to make it seem legit, because they're guilty). But nope, it's been monthsss. Sign this petition!

They email you confirmation with a label on it with your name and address (to make it seem legit, because they're insecure), but you never get your order or a response when you want a refund. It says up to 25 days, but you never recieve it!!!!

I will NEVER order from this "company" again. I ordered (2) pairs of pants on 6/3. I had to send an email (10) days later because I still did not receive shipping info or anything for that matter. Customer service informed me that there was a problem with the sender & they were very upset with them & sorry. Then they asked me how I wanted to proceed, I said I wanted to cancel the order & would never order from them again & then 3-5 days later I was sent tracking info. My package departed the warehouse 6/17 & it is now 6/22 & there is NO updated info on where my items are. I will definitely let the (16) people on my friend's list that "like" this page, know what happened to me. I have shopped on MANY online boutique's & have NEVER had this problem.

I ordered closes from there about a month ago and still have not reserved a single peace! A girl friend of mine order lots of clothing from them and reserved on one peace out of like 10 items!! I was not able to have a warning about this site before I ordered and now would love to figure out how to get mg money back!! Total BS

Customer service intentionally misled me! I tried to cancel my order minutes after placing it, thy told me it had already shipped! They told me to open the package and measure the garments. They will not accept a canceled order of it's been opened! They did this to avoid giving me my refund!
