My mother bought two dresses from this site. One red and one black. The black one came in and said it was an XXL. That barely fit a L. The red one never came in. When she tried to call them or email them about it, she got no response. After finally getting ahold of someone, they tried to tell her it was delivered and basically told her she was lying and that she had no proof it never came in. Finally after a while they agreed to refund her the money. Instead, they charged her card a second time. Now they wont take her calls.

I have been hearing about this scam for 6 months !!! My lady has declared war on these SCAMMERS ! LOL. They robbed her !

I read loads of bad reviews saying this company is a scam and you will not receive your order, so I ordered myself to see because i know if I call my credit card company they will reverse the payment if there's issues with a company. It's cheap, so I didn't mind if I blew $40 on crap quality. What this company sends you is beyyyyoond "cheap quality" like Forever21 for example, but now I know. Forever21 blows these garments out of the water. DO NOT ORDER! What they send you looks NOTHING like the pictures. The fabric was different, even the pattern and colour wasn't as displayed in the pic. I actually like the fit of the romper, so I may take it apart and use it as a sewing pattern to make my own. Also, it takes about 2 months to recieve your order, so maybe that's why some ppl say they didn't get theirs.. But it was just super delayed.

they are stealing our money and sending crap goods and we cannot return to China they are laughing all the way to the bank.shut them down to stop others being mugged!!!!!

The Yigou International Group who runs this network of SCAM companies (Including Rosegal) has been ripping off pretty much EVERY customer for over two years ! Paypal saved me after a 4 month fight. Get the word out ! 7-8 pages om Facebook dedicated to warning people about this SCAM network. Ill gotten gains is all these companies are about !
