Rose gal ripped me off for $60. They keep lying to me telling me my order has already shipped. But the shipping company tells me they only have a shipping label not a package.

ORDERED TWO SHIRTS. WAY TOO SMALL AND LOOKED NOTHING AS ADVERTISED. CANNOT REACH ANYONE FOR REFUND. ROSEGAL MAKES IT VIRTUALY IMPOSSIBLE TO RETAIN A REFUND. THEY ARE THE WORSE. ADVOID AT ALL COST.

Absolute scam of a business. How they haven't been shut down yet i dont understand.

Fashion Mia . refuse a full refund on goods which are not fit for the purpose purchased for . After constant emailing and explaining my purchase has been returned .with order number .They are unable to check accounts or it would seem unable to see the parcel I returned and described . This parcel would have been returned to me if not delivered . Total rip off . Close them down

Whats going on with this petition? Is it still active? I desperately want to get these people/company taken down. It appears they have gone on Facebook and deleted/blocked anyone who has ever wrote a negative review. I ordered items a couple years ago and am still royally pissed off that they continue to scam others and people continue to order from them every day because they have no clue. Its truely bothersome.

Products were not the same as the pictures and took months to arrive. Some of the clothing never arrived and I got 2 of something else I ordered in a completely different colour. No customer service either. They should be shut down already!

They totally scamed me over 150 Canadian. . The listed numbers are a scam. I will be looking at getting all my money back.

I ordered a wig from rosegal. it was shorter on one side than the other, full of snarls. wrote a review and it was instantly removed along with a message from rosegal. when i wrote them back very upset, its been hours and nothing. but within a minute they can take down a bad review? clearly its not just me thats had issues. people need to find out what a scam and what a joke this site is.

These companies are stealing and are no better then the Nigerian scammers

I too was scammed by this company; they have some tricky practices. Use a different name on the Paypal receipt invoice, a different $$ amount then what you had agreed upon---making it difficult to later determine where the transaction is if you are not one to look closely at all your paypal transactions the minute they post.

Total scam take money and receive part order, no response no items and items sent are junk rosegal and rosegal wholesale rip off

Only received partial shipment! Still missing several items and items I did receive are not wearable & irregular! This company is NOT based in the U.S. and their sizing chart seems to be equivalent to that of a pubescent teen. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I returned $74 worth of merchandise to the address they told me in New Jersey, US. I never got refunded for it because they claim they never recieved my package, but I know they have it because it's been 5 months and the mail service did not return to sender.

This company should be out of business NOW!!!
