I purchase an item from Rosegal.com, paid everything online and then when it got to my door I had to pay an additional COD charge I was not made aware of. This made my item cost double what I planned on paying for the item.

I ordered 2 sizes too big after seeing remarks about their items being made small, AND THEY STILL ARE 2 SIZES TOO SMALL. Place is a rip off saying they will only refund if item is stained or such. Really. Do not buy from these people!

Lost over $100 to Rosegal about a year ago. Sent it back shipping was 18$ Never got my money back or even the horrible clothing I ordered. Terrible quality - the pictures are great - the clothing horrible sizes way off. When is Facebook going to stop this company from posting???

Bought 80$ worth of clothing, when I received it, poorly made and sizes so small they would fit a child. Argued with them, mailed it back, spent 20 on shipping, never got my money back. Shut these people down.

I biught 2 dresses and only recieved 1, wich was poorly made, the seams were not straight and the fabfic of sunthetic rubbisch. Don't buy anything because you are misled.

I ordered over $200 of clothing, all of it was crap and unwearable. Chemical smelling, poorly constructed, fabrics were sub sub sub standard, All around AWFUL. I lodged a dispute with PayPal, and they told me I won! YAY... but Booooo... I have to return the items to get my money refunded - will cost more than the order. NOT happy.

Don't waste your time and money, sizes are not accurate. Pictures are so different from what I've received. Sent several emails and they promised to give me my money back. ...It never happened, they never answer the phone it's been 2 months already and still waiting for my money. This is a scam. Stay away...

Ordered 4 dresses 2nd week of February. Received one after 3 weeks which seemed normal, then by mid April I inquired about the others and received 2 more one from China and other from Germany.still have not received 4th- all 3 were mailed tightly balled up in cellophane and brown paper with no tags or receipt or anything almost like they were already used. They advised they could not find the 4th dress to pick something else that they refuse to refund my money. Thieves.

I ordered 11 pieces for 130.00. Too good to be true, right? It was shoddy seams and not even what I ordered. The sizes are too small and the seams are so crooked, you couldn't fix it to work. Very bad Knock offs. No customer service to speak of. They are a scam.
