The district finally announced that they are moving away from i-Ready for good. I honestly never imagined we would get this far but you all made it happen. Please keep checking in to make sure the transition goes smoothly for everyone involved.
I checked the page this morning and saw that we hit 100 signatures. I honestly never thought this would reach so many people beyond my own circle. This is truly because of your frustration and hard work.

I very strongly dislike I-Ready, especially the diagnostics that students are doing now, because they aren't on the pupil's level and put things you don't understand. I-Ready also makes math and reading confusing by over-complicating things.

O m g.... I-ready makes children feel dumb and don't get me started on the diagnostic. The diagnostic basically skips you up like- 3 grades if you get at least 1 question right, then bumps you down 3 if you get one wrong, if quite stupid.

Iready is stress inducing and upsetting, it needs to be removed. All it does is make me feel dumb and hopeless.

I hate I-ready, I don't learn anything with it. IXL was so much better, at least it told you how you were wrong. While I-Ready doesn't even tell you how your wrong, all it does is tell you "oh your incorrect, try again" . Even my teachers hates this app, they say it themselves I-Ready doesn't teach the students anything. IXL NEEDS TO COME BACK. I-Ready goes from k-12,it doesn't give you an exact lesson.
