We, the community of Glen Ellyn, kindly and respectfully request that the Village Board and Village Manager of Glen Ellyn refrain from demoting, firing or any other act that would negatively change the job title and/or position for Police Chief Phil Norton and Director of Planning and Development Staci Hulseberg.
The signature count is nearing two hundred and fifty. Achieving this milestone will provide the necessary foundation when we present our concerns to the Village Board.

Phil and Staci have done so much for this town. Why would they try to get rid of them now? Makes no sense.
