This petition has been established to demonstrate the support of Mr. Gene Gersbeck in regards to his re-hiring to fill the position of Assistant Coach of the Shoreham-Wading River Varsity Lacrosse team. Mr. Gersbeck is an essential part of our team, and there is not another who could fill the role of defensive coordinator like he does. His knowledge and experience of the game of lacrosse is irreplaceable. Coach Gersbeck is also a necessary asset in propelling the kids of the SWR Lacrosse team to success in future seasons. I am fortunate enough to say that I have been coached by Mr. Gersbeck for the past two seasons on the varsity team, and I assure the SWR Community that Mr. Gersbeck would do anything for any one of his players.
