All Gas Stations should be required to provide free, sanitary, stocked restrooms available to the public. At least one of the restrooms should be altered to accomodate persons with handicap needs. Restrooms should be checked for sanitation and supplies every two hours. These restrooms should be subject to Health Inspections and violations be issued for non compliance. This is a human necessity for all persons. Pregnant women, Elderly, Small Children, and Diabetics are some that cannot wait driving from stop to stop looking for a clean facility, accessable to all.
