Fybromyalgia is a serious condition that causes sufferers to experience severe pain in their whole body coupled with extreme tiredness and lethargy. Life for most Fybromyalgia Suffers is very hard because even the smallest of daily tasks causes extreme pain and joint stiffness, stabbing pains to name just a few. Even something as simple as walking to the shops can make their suffering double.
It has come to light that al ot of sufferers have had to give up work because it is physically impossible to work because this illness does not simply go away by taking pain medications.
Medications help sufferers by taking the edge off the pain but as a sufferer myself I can tell you, we live with the pain EVERY SINGLE DAY. Living with aching painful limbs and not being able to do the things you used to enjoy leads to a lot of us suffering depression.
Fybromyalgia suffers are being ignored by the UK's Benefits system and this is wrong.
If you are a sufferer or have someone in your family who suffers from this illness and you agree with everything written above, please sign this petition. Lets take the first step to getting this illness recognised.
THANKYOU
The DWP continues to turn a blind eye to our reality while people with fibromyalgia lose their livelihoods and their dignity. I am tired of the excuses and the cold indifference from the people who hold the power to change this system. Do not stop pushing because this fight is the only way we get the recognition we deserve.

The government continues to ignore our agony but this momentum proves they cannot silence us forever. We are building a force they can no longer pretend does not exist.
