The attack on Eoin Harte in broad daylight is absolutely disgraceful and action needs to be taken. A full time security guard is absolutely necessary for the safety and security of all in our community who wish to enjoy the park and to deter and discourage any further depraved and sickening ordeals such that Eoin sadly experienced.
