The Foothill Trails District Neighborhood Council needs a standing Public Safety Committee to deal with the various health, safety and quality of life issues that affect our community.

Big issues headed our way are Land Use and Zoning. I've got the demand letter that wants to dismantle zoning laws.
What are the issues before I sign a petition. If it is coming from Sacramento or LA city council it can't be in our favor.
