The momentum behind this petition is undeniable proof that the local council needs to stop dragging its feet and let this coffee shop open. It is time for the bureaucracy in charge to listen to the neighborhood instead of hiding behind red tape.

bout time. sick of seeing empty units just sitting there collecting dust. let them trade already.
Yes please! Having to walk all the way to the Green just for a decent latte is a nightmare in the morning. Hasland needs this.

Great idea. The area is dead quiet and a cafe would be a nice spot to meet up with neighbors without trekking across town.
