Pretty ridiculous that our neighborhood kids have to play in the street due to lack of sufficient parks and playgrounds. Pool is absolutely undersized for 1100 planned homes. I support picketing on weekends in front of the models

False advertising. We picked a large lot near the "community pool/park/amenities center" so our family could enjoy. Not what we were promised or sold.

Existing pool is not sufficient and it shouldn't be considered as Community Pool. There is a need for an additional Pool as the community is growing larger.

One of the reasons we chose this neighborhood was because of the amenity center and pool that was advertised. Even told to use by the builder. There is no amenity center and the pool is too small for a community of our size. It's not even enjoyable in the summer because of the crowd and our neighborhood isn't even completed.

When we signed with Beazer we had drawings of an amenity center, playground, decent sized pool (half Olympic sized) and a completely separate splash park for toddlers. It was not supposed to be all in one or the size it is. I will be letting down my kids if I say we are going to pool only to get there and it is already full. This pool is about the size someone puts in their backyard not for over 1100 homes.

The existing pool has a broken piece missing on the base of the pool I almost cut my foot on it, we need service on the existing pool as well as the amenity center to name a few. While they are building the small parks throughout the community a mid sized recreational park adds value and character. Estates at Rockhill http://www.shaddockdev.com/estatesatrockhill.html accross the street from our entryway in the new Frisco subdivision advertises a centrally located park, and we being larger have none.

The size of the current pool would support about 15 families. In a community our size(and growing) we need items like this to bring our community together and create a fun and family friendly environment.

I support this petition. one small pool is not sufficient for the size of our community. I was also told there was going to be an amenity center by the builder.

I support this petition fully and agree that one small pool is not nearly enough for our community and an amenity center was told to us that would be provided when we decided to build here

Frisco Hills did advertise multiple pools and amenities when I moved here two and half years ago. I hope they live up to the advertisements.
Our current pool cannot support the number of families living in this neighborhood once its is built out.

Our builder used the future amenities as a selling point for this neighborhood...promising three pools, an amenity center, bike trails, parks, and more. We were sold on this community based on these factors. We have yet to see any of these amenities other than one tiny pool, and were told afterward that there wouldn't be any of the amenities we were promised. This is false advertising and wrong. I support this petition for another pool and a real amenity center!
