We started our process with Frisco Hills in September of 2013. My husband and I were elated that we found this little hidden gem for our family. Too good to be true.....?We were told the current pool (and at that time it wasn't complete and didn't have the "amenity center" sign in front of it) WAS the splash park and there would be 2 additional neighborhood pools built, a park built, hike and bike trails throughout the neighborhood... and get this: when I asked about the amenity center that they listed, I was told it was a full service gym that would be built with a private area that could be rented for parties.
It honestly blows my mind that such blatant disregard for the truth can be used to make/close a sale.

we were told there would be amenities and additional pools when we bought our house and have since been told differently
