We support reconsideration of the sentence of Jacqueline Montanez, who was sentenced to spend the rest of her natural life in prison for a crime she committed at the age of 15. We urge the Governor of Illinois and the Illinois Prisoner Review Board to modify Jacqueline’s sentence to allow for the possibility of parole
