The rejection by the commission was a victory for our neighborhood character but we know TBW is already looking for ways to bypass these protections. I have been spending my evenings reviewing city code to ensure we are ready for the next round of meetings. This place is my home and I will not let them pave over its history.

Seeing this level of support reminds me that we are not alone in wanting to protect the character of our streets. The momentum behind our fight is growing and it makes it impossible for developers to ignore what our neighborhood truly values.

Listen to the commission. You guys are ruining the neighborhood.
The Heights is getting ruined by these huge boxy apartments. Keep the character of the neighborhood please.
we live here because of the history not because we want to see massive glass boxes everywhere. way to go for rejecting the plans.
PLEASE leave our district alone!!!! You are destroying the vibe of the whole area.
Those designs look totally out of place. Build something that actually matches the historic homes.
