Expanding the venues for skating and other action sports in the city of Lexington
WELCOME!
We are a group of individuals with diverse backgrounds and a common LOVE of action sports. We want to grow Lexington's action sports community and become a destination city for action sport enthusiasts. It's time to put Lexington on the map!
We believe that many of you would agree that Lexington's parks system is ripe for an invigorating new option for outdoor activity.
We feel that those who are passionate about action sports would enthusiastically donate time, resources and money to enhance the skatepark landscape. We expect to find funding in a variety places for these projects once this energy catches fire!
By signing this petition, you are letting those who could assist us in developing and financing skatepark sites know that there are many who support the development of more exciting skateparks throughout the city.

ive been talking to some folks in the parks department and they finally agreed to chat with us about potential spots for the new park. your support is the only reason they are taking my emails seriously right now.

im honestly blown away by how much this has taken off lately. it feels like the whole city is starting to see that lexington really needs better spots for us to ride. thanks for getting behind this vision and keeping the energy moving forward.

We live in Squire Oak. Psyched about the Skatepark! Let's make sure the landscape is eco-friendly, safe, and allows for clean, stable bathrooms!
Lexington really needs this. tired of getting kicked out of parking lots by security every weekend. lets get some concrete poured
LONG OVERDUE. lexington has been behind for way too long compared to other cities.
My son loves skating but has nowhere to go but the driveway. PLEASE build this park somewhere central so parents can watch!
used to skate downtown all the time, finally a real spot would be sick. hope they include some good ledges and a bowl
