We do not want them in Florida.

Well, I see they are already in Florida starting their VACATION. So Sidney supposedly got a part time job at a wine festival at the Epcot Center. Starting the last part of Sept. and running until Nov. 25th. So why are they there now and when the job is finished then what. Who is paying for all of this? You need to make a decision to stop this circus act. You can`t tell me you haven`t seen their facebook pages with Tammy taunting everyone and the picture of her with her Victory Pants on is the Tops. If you don`t have a photo of that, I will send you one. I am going to make a story out of this and post it on facebook and everywhere else that I can to show everyone just what you have done with this case. Allowing bond for these accused murderers and then letting them travel to other states to enjoy themselves in the world of fantasy. Just plain down wrong.

This case has gone to hell in a hand basket ever since Judge John is no longer involved.

Disappointing that someone charged with such a horrible act is allowed to travel, see "MIckey" & enjoy what they are accused for taking from not only this girl, but her parents and family!

This is a totally outrageous ruling!! My God I hope your plan is to follow them to her body because you should be removed as a judge for granting them permission to move away when they clearly are murders

I think that you, Judge Dennis, should be investigated, and I will see that this will be if you are friends with this family. This is the only reason that you would allow such a thing to happen. You are a disgrace to this system. I am going to start working on this issue to see what can be done with your decision.

I'm seriously speechless.

This is a slap in the face to the Elvis family. She is still missing and they go free. I assume with probably cause and evidence the Moores were arrested just like others in other cases. The hearing should be held unless further evidence is being collected. To let them free from jail is wrong and sets a precedence for other criminals and then to let them go to Florida to look for a job (and a vacation?) when they are to only be in the states bordering SC. This is not following the rules of their bond and I think you know it too. I hear that you judge are a friend of the family and have been for years. Isnt this a conflict of interest for you to even be on the case and grant them a change in their bond, a trip to Florida and now to move there? I think you should step down and release yourself from this case.

Please stop wasting our time and tax papers money having hearings after hearings regarding the Moorers leaving the state; let's get on with the trial already!
