this decision to let the accused travel, is a slap in the face for the parents of the murdered victim, and for Americans who strive to still believe in our justice system

Sidney lied when he said he brother had a job for him lined up in SC. in order to get out on bond the first time. Sidney knew darned well that it was never going to happen. He had cut all ties with his family a long time ago because it was what Tammy wanted. What happened was he ran straight into the arms of the other murderer and went back to the compound with their tails on fire. Plotting once more to get money anyway that they could to live their magical life of Disney. Making people believe that they have put religion into their hearts just to make it look good to the attorneys, LE, and Judge Dennis as well. Tammy is controlling everything going on including Sids facebook page. She is one very evil person and her accomplice isn`t any better. All of these....so called professional people....need to get their act together and see this as it really is. Tammy and Sidney murdered Heather Elvis. Treat your case as such, and when a jury decides their fates, then and only then should they be allowed to live the life of luxury if found not guilty. They are not fooling the public, so how is it that those professional people have their blinders on. Step up and do what is right according to law. They do NOT need another bond modification.

Looks to me that in the recent trip they were allowed to go for a supposedly job interview for Sid ended up with nothing but a big Disney Vacation. Sid has the arm band in a photo proving that, and if you haven`t seen the photo. I can send it to you. Tammy can`t keep her big trap shut and between the 2 of them they are making fools out of the system and putting more hurt into the Elvis`s lives. Where`s Heather? Only the 2 of them know that answer? They should never be allowed to do the extra things while out on bond. What is wrong with your court system down there in SC.

The murder of a child should not be taken lightly. Why would these people be free at this point to go on with their lives when they clearly have not done proper time for the death of this child.

People like these two disgust me. I hate that the rights of criminals exceed those of their victims. If I ran my own country, I'd enforce torture techniques for those responsible for the demise of any child.
