Frida Torres and Anika Jallorina are both ranked 3rd out 384 Granite Hills high school seniors. Out of the 4 people who are currently selected for valedictorian, these two stellar students are over qualified and should be included in this honor. Frida Torres has taken 12 AP classes, has achieved a 5.0 GPA the 1st semester of her senior year, led Granite Hills' girls tennis team as a captain, and received a total GPA of a 4.45. Anika Jallorina has gone above and beyond in academics, also achieving a 4.45 total GPA, participated in Granite Hills varsity volleyball team, and is currently serving as National Honors Society president in the highest honor. As a part of Granite Hills faculty and student body, we believe that Frida Torres and Anika Jallorina's number 3 ranking deserves to be recognized and they should be awarded the honor of the 2017 Class Valedictorians.
