The Police have denied Liquid Lounge the application to host a Worthing Colleges Freshers Party therefore causing us and Liquid to cancel the event. We believe this is an excusable and totally ridiculous decision especially as Liquid Lounge had offered to pay for half of the costs/fees incurred by the Police during the course of the night. We would like the Police to provide us with a reasonable explanation as to why we were denied an application for holding a mixed-ages event as well as an apology and a grant for an application.
