Portland Park is where I learned to play as a kid and seeing it threatened by concrete and retail giants is heartbreaking. I have been spending my time meeting with other neighbors who refuse to let our town lose its soul to a corporation. We are not letting this happen without a fight.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms that Portland Park is far too valuable to be paved over for another corporate parking lot. Your energy gives me so much hope that we can keep our town center vibrant and independent.

PORTLAND PARK IS FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY NOT FOR SOME CORPORATE GIANT TO BUILD ANOTHER CAR PARK. LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!
the local shops wont last a month if this goes through. ashintgon needs character not more cheap imports.

Keep the park how it is. We dont need another massive store choking up the traffic and killing our high street. Bad idea.
