We, the undersigned, believe that Jonah should not be prosecuted or should be considered a candidate for a diversion program instead of prosecution. We believe that Jonah has been punished enough by the school disciplinary action that was taken from February 21, 2008 until the end of the school year. Also, Jonah has an outstanding reputation in the New Trier and broader community.
