To Justice Anthony Kennedy of the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit En Banc, and The State Bar of California:
Attorney Richard I. Fine has been wrongly held in jail for representing the interests of California Taxpayers and attempting to uphold essential justices within the California legal system. This petition calls for his immediate release from jail and reinstatement of his license to practice law in the State of California.
Seeing 500 signatures on this page is overwhelming because it proves I am not alone in fighting for Richard. Knowing so many people recognize how wrong his imprisonment is gives me the strength to push forward.

Richard is still being held for doing the right thing and we need to push past this hundred signature mark today. Please send the link to your contacts right now so we can show them how many people demand his release.

The legal system in CA is a joke. They lock up the guy trying to expose the truth and let the real criminals run free.

This is absolute insanity. Richard Fine is a patriot and he is being held because he was actually doing his job for the people.

What happened to justice? He was just trying to represent taxpayers. This whole thing makes me sick.

Keep fighting. We need more lawyers like him who aren't afraid of the judge.
