After serving as a OB-GYN for over 40 years--delivering over 5000 babies with ZERO malpractice, my homeland of California has punished me for writing 4 letters exempting 4 high risk patients from taking the COVID vaccine back in 2020. The Medical Board of California took away my license, board certification, and ability to bill through Medicare/Medicaid--leaving me UNEMPLOYABLE! California also REFUSES to listen to my reasons until Sep 2026! As a result, I was recently dismissed from the hospital where I was working here in Iowa, leaving many patients stranded and now forcing them to drive up to 90 minutes away or wait 6 months to see a doctor!
Friends, if you believe I should be able to be heard by the Medical Board of California NOW instead of being punished and found guilty until proven innocent in another 2 years, please sign my petition.

I have been reading through the stories of patients left without care because of these bureaucratic delays and the pain is palpable. My focus remains on forcing a conversation with the board because leaving families without a doctor for years is not justice. Thank you for standing with me while I fight to get back to my patients.

I think it absurd this has happened to Dr. Goddard or any other physician. The COVID Vaccine that was mandated is an experimental drug with no long term studies. Pregnant woman or any human for that matter should not be subject to mandated experimental drugs.
A Doctor should not be punished for providing the best care he see's fit for their patients. I wished my doctor had the foresight when I received my COVID shot. I developed serious heart problems from it. Dr. Goddard should not be punished for his care of his patients.
Dr. Goddard is an amazing doctor! He helped me thru my PCOS, have two healthy babies and even a hysterectomy. I couldn’t not imagine not having him thru all of these. Taking someone’s license away when he’s helping people is absolutely not ok!
Dr. Goddard is an amazing doctor. He saved my son and I durring a crash c-section and came to check on me every day for the 4 days I was in the hospital. He is so caring and compassionate about helping others, and it would be a shame if he was unable to be a doctor anymore.
This physician has the welfare of his patients in the forefront. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and a skilled physician. It is a shame that CA is not taking this more seriously when there is such a nationwide shortage of providers.
Best Dr ever, genuinely cares for his patients well being. He is the only Dr capable of keeping me alive and why my 12 year old son is here today after an actual malpractice of losing my son due to placenta left from the actual hospitalist! This man didn't need to inject his high risk patients and probably saved them by not doing so.
Dr.Goddard is a wonderful human being and a remarkably competent Doctor. I am eternally grateful for his fine work on my needed hysterectomy, in 2011. I moved in 2013 to follow my career and I've never found another doctor that compares. Truly a shame and shocking to loose such fine talent.

Richard pulled a miracle out of his genius out of the box thinking brain and saved my sons life when the originally OBGYN let my wife lay there telling her she was having a miscarriage! If anything this man should be running your medical board!
