Hi, welcome to my petition site. I am presenting this petition in hopes of getting members of my community, family and friends to support a release for my husband, Jesse Vanwinkle. As some of you know he was recently incarcerated for an accident that involved our 9 year old son being accidently hit in the head with a ball bat, all evidence proves it was an accident and this is why my husband Jesse was offered a plea agreement of 3 years so he would not have to take a grave chance on a lifetime in prison for something he deeply regrets happened to his own child. Jesse has always been an active member of his community having been on the local fire dept for many years until he was asked to resign and worked many years with the division of forestry.Jesse is also active in cub scouts with our 2 sons, is always doing some kind of activity with all 3 of his children, camping, 4 wheeling, fishing, etc. Jesse has always held down employment and has a very friendly and outgoing personality. Pleas help me try to obtain his release from prison so that he can come home and be with the family that needs and loves him so much!!!!
