I HAVE BEEN SPENDING MY ENTIRE WEEK MEETING WITH LOCALREPORTERS TO KEEP THIS CONVERSATION BURNING BRIGHT!! THE STORIES OF CENSORSHIP I KEEP HEARING FROM STUDENTS ARE ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY ONLY STRENGTHEN MY RESOLVE TO WIN THIS FIGHT FOR OUR FUTURE JOURNALISTS!!

THIS MOMENTUM IS ABSOLUTELY UNSTOPPABLE!! WE ARE SHOWING THE ENTIRE STATE THAT PROTECTING STUDENT JOURNALISTS IS A MASSIVE PRIORITY THAT CANNOT BE IGNORED ANY LONGER!!

Let them write. How you gonna teach kids about the constitution and then silence them when they use it??
Schools should be training ground for truth not propaganda machines. PROTECT STUDENT PRESS!
Ridiculous that this is even a debate. If they are learning journalism let them actually do it without fear of admin shutting them down.
My son is on the paper and he is so frustrated. They work hard on these stories and get silenced for no good reason.
the fact that administrators can just kill a story because they dont like it is wrong. pass the bill.
