I am not here to bring of the question of innocence all over again. Sabu Quinones is a father a brother a son a husband and most of all a friend. He has been incarcerated since 1991. Unfortunately the law decided the plight of this man back almost twenty years ago on the word of a known drug dealer who happened to have been on parole and claims to have witnessed a horrible crime in which he identified Sabu Quinones. I have known Sabu and have known his family since I was eight years old. I strongly believe in Sabu and know that he can be a successful person in his community. The senseless amount of time he has already been incarcerated to made him a stronger man. I believe he is ready to come back into society and build a life for himself and his family. As a friend and almost family member I ask anyone and everyone that reads this please sign this petition. We as his family and friends pray the upcoming parole hearing will allow him to come home. We are all ready willing and able to assist him in transitioning back into society. While incarcerated Sabu has become an active member in religious views, has obtain trainings and certification that will allow him to obtain employment in construction and also aspires to become a public speaker to youth and all on the values of family, crime and violence in order to help reform teenagers in choosing a life of crime.
