To whom it may concern, Bruce Suggs is a good person at heart. He was caught being in the wrong place at the wrong time in a very difficult situation. However, I'm sure if you review his record, that you will see that he has been a model inmate. Everyone that signs this petition will attest to Bruce's good personality and nature. We believe that he should be a candidate for early release and that he will be a contributing member of society.
