The law was broken when the incorrect ruling by the Judge sent this noble dog back to be chained iin the snow in a horrendous life of abuse. Reverse this ruling and rescue this dog.

I cannot tolerate animal neglect and abuse. The people that own him need to be brought up on charges and the officers who did not take care of him when they were called need to be repromended. I am sick of people who are irresponsible to animals. It has to stop!!

This is an atrocity! This poor animal is abused threefold by his owners, the authorities and our judicial system. There is no excuse for such horrific abuse or judicious failure!

How in the world is a dog chained for thirteen years?! POS owners, and state of New York! Someone please cut the chain and free the poor baby!! This is heartbreaking. :'(

Have you tried to contact Big Fluffy Dog rescue? I know they do a lot of Pyr rescues on the east coast. Thank you for caring. I wish we could just go get him.
