Travis Garland was arrested and is being held in Nashville, TN on four charges, including one felony charge, for a harmless prank. He has had his basic rights stripped away from him, has been kept awake for 20+ hours at a time, and is being treated worse than the worst violent offenders.
I, and many others, attest to his innocence and have video proof that he is being falsely accused and is being criminalized under no jurisdiction.
Several people involved in the incident blatantly lied under oath in court on January 23, 2025 in order to make this unjust punishment seem justified.

The days are long and the silence from the District Attorney is exhausting. I spend my time fighting the walls they put up around this case while trying to keep Travis from losing hope. We will keep moving forward even when it feels like we are pushing against a locked door.

Reaching this level of visibility feels heavy when I think about the time Travis is still losing behind bars. It is exhausting to keep fighting these lies every single day but seeing this momentum grow gives me the resolve to keep pushing forward.
