As a TWHS alumni Class of 2009, I have many fond memories of eating lunch with my friends in the courtyard, enjoying fresh air between classes, and using it as a shortcut between passing periods. It is something that makes our school unique and it would be a shame to lose that. Leave the nature in the courtyard please!

2011 alumni here - this courtyard saved my sanity and is the foundation for so many memories. Please keep it.

I went to high school here many years ago, and eating lunch outside and cutting through the courtyard was one of my favorite things about this school. Keep the outside space, it is so good for your mental health to get outside between classes!

I spent every lunch out in the courtyard during my time at twhs except during the bee incident when we were banned from going out. There are existing areas with shelter from the rain. Removing the grass and trees is a disgusting idea. Kids need to be in touch with nature. I would not have made it through school without being able to experience fresh air and real grass during the day. The kids need the trees. It’s worth the money.

All three of my children went to TWHS and loved the court yard. I’m against the decision to remove it.

As a TWHS alumni it was sad to hear this news. So many great memories were made here and made my student life during my time here more enjoyable.

The courtyard is a place of respite - one where students can and have always sought out sunshine and green space. Don't take that away!

Such great memories in this courtyard! From picnics, prayers and even tears shared when our classmate passed away! It’d be a shame to see it go!

My children graduated from TWHS. Save the courtyard! No more turf.
