Class of 2009 here! I loved eating lunch in the courtyard, having the occasional class out there, and it just looks great and makes TWHS unique. no reason to get rid of it!

As an alumni this was the best space on school grounds. Please keep it!

This decision should be left to those spending THEIR school days AT the school. It's THEIR environment.

'07 Alum. My favorite part of the day was sitting in the courtyard for lunch. How sad to remove that option. Please keep the courtyard.

Please don’t remove the courtyard! Especially with such a big school, it was nice to be able to go out there to eat lunch and get a change of scenery in the middle of the day!

My son will be going to this campus next year and I would hate for this courtyard to be gone!

The courtyard gives students a sort of peace. Fresh air, birds, clouds, etc. It’s good for their mental health!!! Do not take this away.

That courtyard has held some of the best memories for me class of 2010. Don’t strip away the ability for kids to be able to spend time outside in nature in the middle of the day!

As a TWHS alum, this courtyard was one of the best parts of my and many others’ experience. I could not imagine these changes being beneficial for the students and hope CISD will reconsider their plans.

The courtyard of TWHS needs to stay intact. Both our children graduated from TWHS and enjoyed it.
