This is a petition to present at Shelia Eddy and Rachel Shoaf's parole hearings to counter the one that says they should stay in prison. I obviously don't condone the crime, and it was a horrible thing that happened to Skylar, but I believe Shelia and Rachel are sorry for what they have done, and they deserve a chance to make up for their mistakes, and have their lives back.
