Of recent Morgan was arrested on the grounds of a diluted urine sample. She was denied a blood test to exhonerate her name. I think it is highly unfair, for someone who is actually clean and has been for some time now, to not be able to clear their name. Even Felons have a right to prove their innocence, if they really are. Sign this petition to help free her and change the way things are done. How much of our tax dollars are we going to continue to waste to house innocent people, when we could clear some of them. Even if the blood test was to be at their own expense it would solve so much in our drug courts.
