Hello, my name is Johnny Confederate Rebel. Many of my Facebook profiles have been locked due to what I believe is my Pro Confederate message, my voice, my standing up for the southern way of life. I am no racist, I do not hate anyone. I am being treated like a common criminal for my beliefs. Facebook wants my identity, my real name to be used on a Facebook profile. Many reason why I do not use my real name, one being the attacks I get via facebook messages for my stance in southern and confederate pride. My first profile was taken and converted into a Facebook community page without my permission which I was okay with because it allows me to reach a larger audience so our message of Heritage Not Hate can reach more people. We are not criminals we are not hate filled people, the south has to defend itself against from those who attack our culture, our heritage and our history. Please sign his petition and help free Johnny Confederate Rebel.

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I would also like to quote the creator of Facebook.

“There is some confusion about what our policy actually is,” Zuckerberg wrote. “Real name does not mean your legal name. Your real name is whatever you go by and what your friends call you. If your friends all call you by a nickname and you want to use that name on Facebook, you should be able to do that. ~ Mark Zuckerberg
