I know he is innocent, i saw the two young boys driving that car early that morning,the one driving look like he could barly see over the dash board as they passed me on 32nd ave, snd Aaron had just left our house riding with jimmie ivy and rick they were in a green car and the two young boys was in a white car coming down by Enterprise funeral home. I saw Aaron most that day with jimmie and rick. And i saw them two young boys in that white car bout 3 times that morning. Aaron and Tammy had spent the night in my Room that nite before and i woke them up bout 8:30-9:00 am that morning. I cant believe they wouldnt summit my statement in court or let me testify. Its a dam shame they have let this young man serve a day for this. He is without any doubt what so ever INNOCENT and i put that on GOD!!!! Let Aaron Dewayne Finley Go. He didnt have nothing to do with any of the crimes those two young boys committed. They sold him that car way later in the eve after dark said they bought it from the owner an hour later it was all over the news and Mr RB Smith told Arron wat those boys had done and to park that car and get out if it. And thats the honest to God Truth!!!!

The judicial system is beyond broken in Mississippi. I have been dealing with them for a little over 5 years now with no real results! I'm a victim of domestic violence...in 2010 after leaving my husband he went on a rampage...stalked and shot at me 3 times in 3 diff locations...he was wanted for agg domestic violence...eventually he got off on the charges because technically the bullet didn't hit me so it wasn't aggravated....he got out Feb of 2012 and by April 7th he was arrested again....burglary, kidnappings and capital rape....bond was $450,000....went to trial, they dropped all of those charges because "we were still legally married" and its hard to prove rape between a husband and wife....even with a restraining order and they brought back up the shooting charges from 2010 and that's now what he's serving time on (8years). Robert Baysinger assured me I would have a break from him, that was 2013....2014 he came up for parole...it was denied and I just has an interview with them last week to deny it again! But no matter what, June-July 2017...he will be officially out......they can't hold him any longer although his charges carried 8 years.....I am beyond frustrated with the system! I understand this families pain and I hope they receive some form of Justice soon! They lock up and throw away the key on the good ones while others are let out to be a menace to society... Terrorizing women and children......ITS NOT RIGHT! JUSTICE!!!!!

I believe based on the facts that I have read that Aaron is a innocent man. We grew up in the same town. I moved away to later come into contact with Aaron again. I study Criminal Law and Criminal Justice at the college that I attend. As I viewed his case and all that has took place in his life, I feel like the system truly failed Aaron. I will do anything I can to help free Aaron. He needs all the supporters that he can to sign this petition an make any comments or state any facts that you may have to help free this innocent man. We are not perfect but we all make mistakes! To the legal system, law enforcement, medical examiner, and to lying witnesses God is just and forgiving but you have to make your wrong right and do the right thing and free Aaron Finley! He has lost so much of his life enduring the life of living behind prison walls as a innocent man! Day after day believing that God will one day shine his light down on him and release the doors from hell and bring him home where he is believed in, loved and missed by the people that always believed in him and never gave up the fight with him!
