How can you convict someone like this with all the evidence. And from what I have read on this so far I just don't see how you can release someone from prison and then turn around and charge him for that same crime he was released on. That is called DOUBLE JEOPARDY and to my best of knowledge that is illegal for any state or state prosecution to do in the first place. Something had to be wrong the first time he was charged , then what a yr and half later release Aaron. Just what is the United States coming to.

I also believe he's innocent. Too many men are serving time for a crime they didn't commit. It has to stop

the facts state that mr.finley had no medical examiner at his trial and I have never seen a case where someone who committed murder not have a medical examiner to testifie that in fact the victim was murdered in a shoting , beating what ever the cause was , however how could mr.finley be convicted and then charges dropped and then rearrested for the same case just by a convicted felons say so , this person had a ajadend to get his self out early or get his sentence cut
