The momentum is shifting and now Frank Ryan Mangrum cannot ignore the wall of opposition we have built. This surge proves the community is done hiding from his threats and we are ready to force the police to act.

He has stalked not only me but my best friend. Posted us to Facebook sent her her address and her house and said he was sending someone to get her kids. Told both of us to go kill ourselves as well.
He would post pictures of girls on Craigslist with their names, etc. as a listing for sexual conversations and so on , so forth! He’s literally endangering these women because everyone knows how high sex trafficking is here!! Absolutely sick. Also, insults these women left and right and then tells them to kill themselves... He’s not only a predatory, but a literal piece of trash.
Was called a dyke bitch for rejecting him because I’m gay. And other numerous insults every couple months for 2 years
He started degrading my fiancé about how he’s transgender, after we declined to have oral sex with him.
He has harassed me since I was a 7th grader... he needs to be stopped! A police report needs to be made!!!
