Living right by the tracks is a nightmare. My windows rattle every night and the noise is just constant. Needs to stop.

Stop the noise at the very least from 10 PM to 7 AM. Safety measures may not allow the horn to blow, but stopping the train service all together from this time frame will stop the entire problem.
