This is a petition for readmission for Jonathon Carlson at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for the Fall 2014 term. Jonathon Carlson was dismissed from the university for disciplinary reasons. Since dismissal Mr. Carlson has come to the realization that he must indubitably make a drastic change not only for scholastic purposes but for his overall well-being. He wants, more than anything, another chance to prove the magnitude of his academics and integrity. Mr. Carlson has a steadfast adherence to a strict moral code and has learned from his mistake. If given the opportunity for readmission it is with the utmost certainty that Mr. Carlson will make the most of the endless opportunities available with an education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
