Need this passed asap.
Too many people getting away with murder lately. This needs to change right now, families deserve justice.
My heart breaks for the families who have to see the person who killed their kid walking around free. Fix this law.
How can anyone argue against this? If you kill someone you should pay for it no matter what the jury said the first time.
Double jeopardy is a outdated mess. If they find proof later they need to be locked up period.

ITS ABOUT TIME. Justice isnt supposed to have a time limit.
