We are petitioning for a removal or reconsideration of the 1997 settlement, Pottigner v. Miami in and to help clean up the streets of downtown. As residents of Downtown, we DEMAND our city leaders to act NOW, we want a SAFER & CLEANER, BETTER, PRODUCTIVE & VIBRANT Miami Downtown. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!! Pottinger v. City of Miami law HAS TO BE ERADICATED OR UPDATED. We are the only major city in the US with a decayed downtown.
