Been fishing the Huron for years, we do not have a lamprey problem.. I have never even seen one there, I however HAVE seen some of the largest smallmouth bass in a river in the state of Michigan in flat rock, we need to protect these bass and all other species that call the Huron river a home. Save the dam!

Taking the dam out will do more harm then good for our fishery don’t ruin our only steelhead fishery in south east Michigan

I live along the river in New Boston. The removal of the dam will devastate the river as we know it. The dam should be repaired and left in place so people can enjoy it as they have for decades. Property values will also be devastated for everyone that lives on the river.

It's one of the reasons Flat Rock is well known is for the Dam. You take that away its just another city.

Don't harm the home for all the wildlife along that river! There are Swans, Cranes, Turtles, Eagles and so much more!!! LEAVE IT ALONE!
