I grew up fishing and playing in huroc park. the dam has to stay the community absolutely love it. I would love to grow to have my own kids and have them experience the park the way I did as a kid.

The dam is the biggest the biggest spawning area for steelhead in lower Michigan. It also should be a historical landmark. It was Henry Fords project.Hopefully this isn’t just another maintenance neglect by the parks department like the dam at willow metro park
